1.3 Processing and Delivery Times
- Order Processing (Handling Time): Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Standard Delivery Time (Domestic): 2 to 4 business days after handover to the shipping service provider.
- International Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days (depending on destination country and customs clearance).
1.4 Track & Trace
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link. This allows you to track the current delivery status of your package online at any time.

1.6 Transit Damage
Should a delivery show obvious transit damage to the packaging or the goods, we kindly ask you to report this immediately to the delivery person if possible and to contact our customer service (info@gopluxa.com) without delay. Failure to make a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory warranty claims as a consumer, but it helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier.
